Teddy bear, teddy bear I can see you everywhere Teddy bear, teddy bear With your button nose and your fuzzy fur Teddy bear, teddy bear Count how many you can see Teddy bear, oh teddy bear Come join this teddy bear hunt with me Here we go… One, this is going to be so much fun Two, It’s got a little scarf that is blue Three, hiding up there in that tree Four, sitting by my neighbours door Teddy bear, teddy bear I can see you over there Teddy bear, teddy bear With your beady eyes and your silent grrrr Teddy bear, teddy bear Count how many you can see Teddy bear, oh teddy bear Come join this teddy bear hunt with me Five, in the car going for a drive Six, sitting on a wall of bricks Seven, eight, in a letterbox…now that’s really great Nine, ten – Come on everyone… let’s do it again! Big ones, littles one, in between Blue, red, pink and one that’s green Growly, smily or serious face Every Teddy's happy in its hiding place Old ones, new ones to be seen Some look grubby and others clean Cuddly, snuggly, short and tall Some of them aren’t even bears at all Teddy bear, teddy bear I can see you everywhere Teddy bear, teddy bear I can see you over there Teddy bear, teddy bear Count how many you can see Teddy bear, oh teddy bear Come join this teddy bear hunt with me Come join this teddy bear hunt with me Come join this teddy bear hunt with me Come join this teddy bear hunt with me

about

Be taken on a journey around the neighbourhood to discover the Teddy’s in their hiding places. Plus, have some counting fun at the same time too! This Teddy Bear Hunt song has been recorded with the APO (Auckland Philharmonic Orchestra) and will get everyone singing and dancing to the catchy tune.

During lockdown the Teddy Bear became a symbol of comfort and joy to children and their families. Hours were spent walking around neighbourhoods hunting out Teddy Bears (and the odd Penguin, Elephant and Robot!) It was a chance to get out, enjoy some fresh air and exercise while sharing quality time with loved ones.
